Disruptor, Innovator, and Freedom Taker, with Marina Worre, Ep #93
In this episode of the Coming Clean Podcast, I have the honor of sitting down with Marina Worre, CEO of Network Marketing Pro and CEO of Worre Studios. As someone also from a third-world country, I felt a connection with Marina’s situation. There’s something about growing up in disadvantaged communities that makes us become entrepreneurs by default. Out of necessity, we become very resourceful. Marina has certainly developed that quality. From achieving her dreams to having them dashed and achieving them again, you won’t want to miss out on hearing her inspiring story!

Marina Worre’s beginning
Originally from Ukraine, Marina had been in the U.S. for 13 years. An entrepreneur since she was 3, Marina opened her own business when she was 18 and joined her first network marketing company when she was 21. Her inspiration was from her mom, who had always told her, “you can achieve everything you want in life,” and Marina believed it. She started her journey with excitement and felt like she could move mountains. She was living life fulfilling her dreams, but then she started losing everything.
Taking back your value
In her mid-thirties, Marina became a single mom, lost all her assets, her business, and, more importantly, her self-confidence. She had forgotten who she was because her previous relationship had been verbally abusive. For years Marina tried to stay in her abusive relationship for the benefit of her children. She thought that staying was the loving thing to do and was best for her children. One day she was asked, “What do you think is going to serve your kids better? Seeing you living a fulfilling life, being who you are, and happy? Or, seeing their mom crying herself to sleep every night and setting that example for them?”
It was that question that gave her the courage to get out of the abusive relationship. She wants to encourage her kids to reach for the stars without them turning around and asking her why she didn’t do it. Marina needed to be able to have that answer for them. After the separation, it took her time to relearn who she was and find the strength and power to raise her kids properly instead of as a victim. It was through that journey that Marina met her husband, Eric Worre, and rejoined Network Marketing.
Women entrepreneurs
Marina describes network marketing as one of the best forms of entrepreneurship. The basic concept is that there are a lot of different products and services. You can lock arms with a company that shares your values, then you represent those products and services to the world. The coolest part is that you build a community as well as a team. You can’t stay in the market with an employee mentality. You need to become your own boss, make connections, figure out what to do, create solutions, and follow through.
In a network marketing space, women represent 74% of all participants. But if you look at the top of the companies, why aren’t women representing 74%? Marina says that women don’t give themselves permission to dream big. When Marina realized that there are so many women in similar positions who need to learn to believe in themselves, she started the event for the most powerful women in network marketing. Listen to learn how Marina is encouraging women around the world to reach their full potential.
