If you don’t do something with life, life will do something with you

In our conversation, Tim explains that The Miracle Mentality is based out of an essential need. There are times when life will push you around. It's like if you went to Huntington Beach and you're out there just enjoying yourself and a wave hit you, and you got up, and then another wave hit you. And that happens again and again. Tim says what happens to so many people is that life knocks the miracles out of them.

When we are little, we're thinking miracle thoughts. We're thinking beautiful thoughts. We're thinking we can be anything. But the waves hit and hit and they knock the mentality out of you. Tim says the reason his book is such a hit right now is that it's essential to get back to who you really are. You are created to go beyond because the God that created you, lives, thinks, and creates beyond. He restores beyond. He takes us beyond.

Why is it that some of us don't hear the calling?

Tim explains that the Bible says do not become weary in doing good for in the proper season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up. It's a powerful thing. One reason some people don’t hear the calling is that they are getting weary in doing good. You may be working on a job or having trouble with your kids but do not become weary in doing good for in the proper season you're going to reap a harvest because you did not give up. And here's what Tim says he loves about the things of God… over 200 times in the Bible, it says and God suddenly did it. He suddenly did it. Suddenly! That’s what's so beautiful about life. You could just be living your life normal and suddenly something breaks. Tim calls it a breakthrough. Listen to the episode to hear the second reason!
