Transforming Our Mindsets and Rising Together with Valeria Aloe - Speaker/Educator/Consultant/Author, Ep #115

I am so excited to share one of the top coaches for the Latin community, Valeria Aloe. Her story of success is incredible, but so is her coaching. I loved this conversation and the powerful perspective Valeria shared about being the first in her family to break through paradigms and achieve goals that no one had ever accomplished before.

Valeria Aloe is a coach, speaker, educator, and consultant. She dedicated more than two decades of her life to a successful corporate career that led her to work with 7 countries, occupying leadership positions in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Citibank and Reckitt Benckiser. She focused so fully in her career that other areas of her life eventually started to feel the consequences, particularly her health. What on the outside looked like an enviable successful life, on the inside was a life devoid of direction and true meaning.

In 2016, she suffered a burnout that radically affected her life and prompted her to embark fully on a mission of discovering a method to achieve a fulfilled life in all areas, beyond work and career. In this journey of experimentation and studies, she consolidated techniques and tools that helped her discover, clarify and manifest her true life purpose, opening doors to extraordinary achievements, but this time, without sacrifices or excessive efforts.

Today, she shares this valuable information through Conscious Abundance: a practical and at the same time profound system, based on research, that generates extraordinary results, from the inner self, in all areas of life. In recent years, she has brought this information to hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals with whom she have worked in 5 countries.

A lover of continuous learning, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina, an MBA from the prestigious The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and she is pursuing a Master of Spiritual Science at the Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy.

The journey of constant reinvention that leads to success

Valeria has lived a life of not fitting in, whether in her small village hometown in Argentina, moving to the big city of Buenos Aires, going to grad school at Dartmouth in the U.S., or eventually getting a corporate job at Procter and Gamble. What kept her going was her ability to constantly reinvent herself while holding onto her innate character and talents. As Valeria told me, it’s been a journey of finding out who she is in each new environment. And the way she learned who required who to figure out who she was not. This has been so true for me too. I have reinvented so many times as I achieved new levels of success.

What it means to be hungry and how to harness that drive

When you know that more is possible, you can push yourself very hard. But that often leads to pushing too hard and burning out. This is exactly what happened to Valeria after all of her success and achievements. She looked around at her titles, her degrees, and her abundance, and realized it didn’t matter at all to her. She had manifested so much in the physical but had neglected her mental and spiritual health. If you only learn how to harness one kind of drive, you can easily get out of balance and run into burnout. True success requires a balanced approach to harnessing your hunger.

How manifestation works in relationship with intention

Many people don’t grow up with words like “manifestation” and “intention” in their daily vocabulary. For Valeria, she learned the meaning of these terms after hitting burn out and realizing she had to change her path to success. She now defines intention as the direction, the clear path ahead that determines what your goals are. It directs your life. Abundance is the freedom to create a balanced life on all levels - physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional - at every moment. Manifesting that abundance is a result of setting clear intentions and acting on them.
